For Saturday weddings in peak season (May–October), couples typically book 9–14 months in advance. Off-peak and weekday weddings can often be booked closer to the date, but reach out as early as feels right — we only take a limited number of weddings each year so we can be fully present at each one.

Once your discovery call is done and you're ready to move forward, a signed agreement and a 30% retainer lock in your date, and the celebrating begins!

Toronto and GTA weddings generally start in the mid-four-figures for photography-only and grow from there based on coverage hours, film add-ons, and our beloved heirloom album service. Destination weddings include travel and have their own range.

We keep our calendar deliberately light — quality over volume — so every couple gets our very best!

Absolutely. After the 30% retainer, the balance can be split into two or three easy installments leading up to your wedding date — or paid all at once, whichever feels best for you. We're always happy to be flexible!

Retainers are non-refundable, but here's the good news: they're fully transferable to a new date as long as it's open on our calendar. We've happily worked with couples through weather rebooks, family emergencies, and once a delightful three-month postponement — we'll always do everything we can to make it work!

For an 8-hour wedding, expect a joyful 500–700 hand-edited images. Twelve-hour days often deliver 800+. We don't pad your gallery with hundreds of near-duplicates — every single image has been hand-chosen, lovingly edited, and stands on its own!

Sneak peeks within 72 hours — a curated set of 30–50 images you can share with family and post right away. Your full gallery arrives in just 6–8 weeks, and we'll never make you wait three months!

Through your very own private, password-protected online gallery. You can view, download high-resolution files, share with family, and order beautiful prints right from the gallery if you'd like. Print release is included, so you're free to print anywhere you wish!

Yes — every single image you receive is hand-edited in-house by our team. Colour, exposure, contrast, skin tones, all lovingly tuned. We never outsource editing, and we never use AI to "auto-process" your wedding. The look you fell in love with on our portfolio is exactly the look your gallery will have!

We don't do heavy retouching by default (Photoshop work, body adjustments, skin smoothing), but if you'd love specific retouching on a few favourite portraits, we're so happy to provide it as an add-on.

RAW files aren't delivered — they're the unedited, unprocessed digital negatives. The gallery you receive is our final, finished, polished work. This is standard practice across professional wedding photography for a good reason: RAWs would show us in an incomplete state, and we want you to have our very best!

Yes — and they're some of our absolute favourite work! Our heirloom album service produces hand-bound, archival-paper albums in linen or leather. We design the layout for you, you get a round of revisions, and we ship a finished book that's made to outlive your hard drives. Available as a treasured add-on.

We'd love to. We've shot weddings in Toronto, Montreal, New York, Mexico, Italy, France, and Vietnam in the last few years alone. We absolutely adore a good destination wedding — please reach out if you're planning one!

For weddings outside the GTA, we add a simple flat travel fee that covers flights, accommodations, and local transport. We'll share specific numbers on your discovery call once we know the destination. We never inflate travel costs — you pay what we pay, plus a small per-day rate for time on the road. Easy and honest!

Always, for destinations. For local Toronto weddings we arrive on the wedding day, but for anything that requires flying we arrive at least one day early — to scout the venue, shake off any jet lag, and be fully present and energized on your big day!

Yes — with deep care and joyful preparation. We've covered Chinese tea ceremonies, Vietnamese trầu cau and ancestral altar rituals, Korean paebaek, Indian baraats, Filipino cord-and-coin ceremonies, Jewish chuppahs, and Persian sofreh aghd. We learn the meaning of every ritual before your wedding day.

Yes — in every package. A joyful 90-minute session, a fully edited gallery, and your favourite frames are all yours — perfect for save-the-dates, your wedding website, or simply remembering this sweet time before. We absolutely love engagement sessions, because it's where we learn how to photograph the two of you!

Absolutely. We have two planning sessions built right into every package. We'll send our welcome guide with timeline templates, and we'll happily work through the whole schedule together — getting ready, first look, ceremony, family formals, portraits, reception, sparkler exit. Everything timed for the most beautiful light!

Some of our very favourite portraits have been taken in the rain. We'll always have a Plan B ready for portraits and your ceremony location, and we carry clear umbrellas and lens cloths as standard kit. Weather is rarely the obstacle couples worry it'll be — sometimes it's pure magic!

Yes — we offer photo + video as one seamless package, captured by a small team that works beautifully together. You'll receive a stunning 4–6 minute cinematic highlight reel plus full-length recordings of the ceremony and reception speeches, all delivered in 8–10 weeks!

Of course. Photo-only is our most common booking. Video is a beautiful add-on, but never required — it's totally up to you!

Not at all. Our cinematography team works documentary-style with small mirrorless cameras — no boom mics, no bright lights, no choreographed re-takes. They'll blend right in, as quiet in the room as we are!
